Make and decorate a sleeping bag for your phone out of Faraday fabric, a special material that blocks phone signals. Those sleeping bags are an invitation to decide when and how we use technology, and an opportunity to reclaim precious time!

Alongside the workshop on Saturday, we will question how technology can be a support against ageism and what the drivers of ageism are in our society. This workshop brings together people of different ages to share experiences, learn from one another, and strengthen future literacy. The aim is to inspire new perspectives and pathways toward a future society where age is not a barrier, but a source of strength.

The future festival will take place from March 1st to March 14th 2026 in the Reykjavik City Library Grófin (downtown). All events are free of charge and open to all. The full program can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1072690605043487/
